By making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2. Bookings & Payments

Reservations can be made through our website, messengers, or directly with our team.

A deposit or full prepayment may be required, depending on the service booked.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, card payment.

Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service (hotel, transfer, excursion, etc.) and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Non-refundable services will be marked accordingly.

In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics), we will do our best to assist with rescheduling or partial refunds in cooperation with our partners.

4. Transfers & Excursions

SPA Tours Bulgaria ensures licensed drivers, insured vehicles, and professional organization of excursions.

Delays due to traffic, weather, or third parties are beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting points.

5. Hotels & Accommodation

SPA Tours Bulgaria acts as an intermediary between clients and hotels.

Hotel availability, conditions, and rules (check-in/check-out times, facilities, etc.) are determined by the accommodation provider.

We are not liable for issues beyond our control but will support clients in resolving disputes.

6. Liability & Insurance

All activities (jeep safaris, ATVs, boat trips, skiing, etc.) carry inherent risks. Clients participate at their own responsibility.

We strongly recommend travel and health insurance covering accidents, medical expenses, and cancellations.

SPA Tours Bulgaria is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or damages not caused by our negligence.

7. Events & Special Services

For event planning (marriage proposals, birthdays, retreats, etc.), customized terms will apply and will be agreed upon with the client in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logo, design) is the intellectual property of SPA Tours Bulgaria and may not be used without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
